Any formal engagement of our physical production, creative consulting, or event logistics services will be governed independently by a fully executed, private Master Services Agreement (MSA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your private contract, the terms of your private contract shall command absolute priority.

The architectural layouts, literary compositions, trademarked concepts (including Generational Chapters, Enduring Unions, and Triumphs & Lineage), custom code, and imagery displayed on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Meridian & Monarch.
Limited Grant of Access: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site's contents for personal, non-commercial consideration.
Strict Prohibitions: You may not copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, mirror, or harvest our curated text, lookbooks, or visual concepts to duplicate our service framework or for any commercial event production purposes without explicit, written authorization from a Studio principal.
3. The Discretion & Non-Disclosure Charter
Meridian & Monarch operates under an uncompromising discretion standard to protect our high-profile, corporate executive, and high-net-worth clientele.
Digital Submissions: Any communication or inquiry submitted through our intake forms is held in absolute, strict confidence.
Prohibited Interferences: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise the security architecture of our digital systems, circumventing our client intake verification methods, or harvesting data from the Site.

By submitting an inquiry or requesting an invitation via our Contact Page, you affirm that all provided information is accurate, authentic, and clear of misrepresentation.
